1. Enter your user name

   Your username is your MTU email address without the "@mtu.edu". This is usually your first initial, middle initial, and the first six letters of your last name. If you have a short last name, stop when you hit the end. If you have no middle name you use seven letters of your last name e.g.

   • Allan Alexander Struthers would be "aastruth"
   • Allan Struthers would be "astruthe"
   • Jane Doe would be "jdoe"
   • Jane Rose Doe would be "jrdoe"

   Type in your username, and hit "Enter" on the keyboard.

2. Enter your password

   Type in your password, and hit "Enter". Your password is your MTU ISO Password i.e. your email password. You can change your password, secret questions, retrieve a forgotten password etc. on the web at http://www.login.mtu.edu.

   • Type your password carefully on the main portion of the key board.
   • If you have problems check num-lock and caps-lock.
